WHY DO YOU FOCUS ON RUNNERS: We believe diversity is the outcome of fair and inclusive outreach. Talent is all around the country but can’t always access the film industry. Especially in freelance. By concentrating on having an inclusive entry level we believe we can enrich the future of the film industry with the best talent for years to come.

HOW DO YOU RECRUIT RUNNERS: By being a solid port of entry to the film industry media courses can direct graduates towards us. As do other groups such as Kings Trust. We then take all our applicants onto a day course. They have an exam at the end of the course. Those that perform best in understanding the standards and expectations of the film industry go on site visits to studios, camera and lighting hire, prop houses and post houses. Here we show the infrastructure of the industry and the standard of preparation these services perform to. Finally we do a team performance test to examine how these principles are displayed in peoples work.
