Like a diary service, production can call and employ in an inclusive fashion. All our runners have set ready industry accreditation.

Created by Just Runners in partnership with the APA, this is the first industry-accredited qualification focused on on-set soft skills. The course builds a clear understanding of professional standards, etiquette, and the language of the film industry, preparing new talent for the realities of freelance work. It includes:
Day course
Written exam
Site visits with an induction tour
Teamwork assessment
The aim is to reduce imposter syndrome and build confidence, ensuring new starters are recognised by fellow crew as having a solid grasp of professional expectations.
We supply runners for film shoots. We are pro-diversity. Gender, race, class, religion and disability do not hinder talent, lack of opportunity does. We represent those who do not know someone in the industry.
These are some of the production companies that are working with us to help create inclusivity within the film industry. Just Runners can make recruiting easier by having the time to source, vet and represent fresh talent but it is only employers who can create inclusive employment.

Our Alumni have an amazing track record - 70% of ex Just Runners have gone on to establish careers in film production. A further 17% went on to enrol in media/film courses or to work in theatre. We hope that our prized alumni, who are progressing through the ranks, are the first of many.
